you have network, computer, or software problems, you're covered. Discounts on
software, training, and free E-Statement setup. This is the best deal.
Annual Phone Support - unlimited support during normal business
hours
Phone support calls may be limited to one hour per inquiry. Should an inquiry
not be resolved in one hour, a technician may be scheduled for an on-site visit
at our regular hourly rate. Phone support is per practice and does not include training.

Without Advantage, your cost for support could be as much as $13,959 a year
(on-site service at $129 per hour plus a $40-$45 service charge per visit, remote
support at $90 per hour, and annual phone support). There is no charge
for these under the Advantage program. You also get discounts on
software, training, and hardware. We also include free electronic
statement setup. These could add up to over $2000 in discount savings!
