With customer service in mind, Mark and Glenna started Systech Solutions 12 years ago in Pasadena, Texas.  Their business continues to grow and our list of satisfied customers has expanded every year. Glenna Short, RN, MCPD, CMT:

Glenna has been in the healthcare field for over 25 years, with over 20 years in healthcare risk management, process improvement and quality assurance with an emphasis on improving patient care. She has assisted many healthcare organizations and physicians with technology implementation in their practice.

Glenna is a Registered Nurse and is Medinotes e Training Certified, Medisoft Patient Accounting Training Certified and a practice management consultant.

Mark Short:

Mark is a Computer Network Engineer with over 20 years experience in business information systems.  He has been a programmer, hospital support technician and network administrator.  He is Novell, APC and Toshiba certified and holds an associate degree from San Jacinto College in Computer Business Information Systems.

Harriet Hayes:

Harriet is our product specialist and expert advisor.  Our clients value her knowledge of how our products work together.  Harriet has a Bachelors degree in marketing from Texas Woman's University in Denton and an Associate degree in design and marketing from San Jacinto College.  With 21 years sales experience and 7 years of management, she goes the extra mile and helps everyone.

Polly Scardino:

Ms. Scardino came to us over 7 years ago from Sandia Corporation in New Mexico.  She was an accounting manager for many years before moving to a less dry climate and we are glad she moved.  A true asset, Polly works in customer service following up with our clients to ensure we have met or exceeded their expectations of our service standards and abilities.  Polly also helps resolve accounting issues as collections manager.
