One of the  benefits of having 16 years experience in Medisoft support is that we have become experts at using a variety of remote support tools.  We can diagnose and fix most problems without the cost or delay of an on-site visit.

If you do not have an existing support agreement with us, we can still assist you.  We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Most problems can be fixed quickly and without an on-site visit.  But if a visit is necessary, we can usually schedule somebody within one business day.
